Fair Shot is a social enterprise cafe and registered UK charity that aims to transform the lives of young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism through specialty coffee.

The coffee shop opened the doors of our first Fair Shot home in December 2021, and haven’t looked back since.

Their vision is to create a society where adults with learning disabilities and/or autism have an equal and fair chance at obtaining and maintaining employment.

Fair Shot CIO is a UK-registered charity and 100% of their sales goes back into empowering young adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. So far Fair Shot have supported 36 young adults out of the unemployment cycle so far and 90% of their learners are employment-ready thanks to their programme.
