Heard was founded by two Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey with a simple ambition: to make a burger with the same care, precision and quality as any fine dining dish. Built around exceptional British produce, chef-led technique and an unwavering focus on flavour, Heard brings together the best ingredients, thoughtful hospitality and a relaxed dining experience.

Spanning two floors, the new Covent Garden flagship brings together Heard’s signature burgers and an entirely new concept hidden beneath the restaurant: The Soda Room.

Upstairs, guests can enjoy the burgers that have built Heard’s following across Soho and Borough, featuring 35-day-aged British beef, signature roast-potato buns and carefully sourced British ingredients.

Hidden downstairs, The Soda Room is a dessert and cocktail speakeasy inspired by the nostalgia of American diners, soda fountains and ice cream parlours. Offering a playful take on classic sweet treats, the menu features signature desserts including Hot Apple Pie, Brûlée Cheesecake and Milk Soft Serve, alongside a changing selection of ice creams, sauces and toppings for guests to create their own ice cream sandwiches and sundaes, prepared to order by Heard’s chefs.

As Heard’s flagship restaurant, Covent Garden brings the brand’s signature approach to burgers together with a new destination for cocktails, desserts and late-night treats, all under one roof.
