Kung Fu Mama is a modern Taiwanese kitchen from chef Chris Hsu and Noam Bar-Chang, co-founder of Ottolenghi. Inspired by the energy of Taiwan’s night markets, the menu centres on bold, flavour-packed noodle bowls with a lighter, more nutritious approach to cooking.
At its heart are Kung Fu Mama’s signature sun-dried noodles, crafted using a traditional hand-folding method to achieve their distinctive firm, springy texture. Dishes pair vibrant Taiwanese flavours with thoughtfully balanced ingredients, from oven-baked proteins to the use of extra-virgin olive oil in place of seed oils, delivering comfort food without compromise.
Alongside the noodles, the menu features bao sandwiches and inventive sides, bringing a playful, contemporary edge to Taiwanese street food in London.
