Ole & Steen was created in 2008 when Danish bakers Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek joined forces to pursue what they thought was missing from the market; a high-quality bakery. They worked on refining and experimenting with simple recipes and ensured that their food was always served in beautiful surroundings. Ole & Steen opened its first UK store in 2016, crafting bread and pastries by hand and its Seven Dials store is the largest in London.
