Head Chef, Filippo Bellani, shares his Italian culture in all of his dishes in the simplest, creative and most authentic way possible, pairing the freshest ingredients for an explosion of flavours whilst following his unique zero-food waste practices. Offering a great opportunity to taste food based on Italian recipes that come from all over Italy, north to south, Naples to Bologna, we pride ourselves on introducing our guests to authentic Italian cuisine, as it’s supposed to be.
