Located at 3 Monmouth Street in Covent Garden, TOKKIA is Europe’s first Korean matcha house, serving matcha and a focused menu of tea-based drinks made with ingredients sourced from Hadong and Jeju Island. The name TOKKIA translates to “hey bunny!” in Korean and is inspired by founder Sooji Im’s bunny Hazelnut, whose gentle character shaped the brand’s identity.

Burro is the first solo venture from Conor Gadd, Chef Co-Owner of Islington’s beloved Italian restaurant Trullo.
